How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message on +62 811-3940-3007 with your location and preferred pickup time, or drop your laundry at the shop on Jl. Batur Sari No.37x.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, 07:00 – 19:00. WhatsApp messages are answered during opening hours.
Is pickup and delivery free?
Pickup and delivery is free anywhere in Sanur for orders of 5 kg or more. For Renon and other parts of Denpasar, message us for the delivery fee.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 3 kg for all per-kilo services. Bedding and linen are charged per piece.
How fast can I get my laundry back?
Standard service takes 24 hours. Express options are same-day, 6 hours or 3 hours.
Will my laundry be mixed with other customers’?
Never. Every customer’s laundry is washed in its own machine, one customer, one machine.
How do I know nothing goes missing?
Every item is counted when we receive your laundry, and we send you the count on WhatsApp. The count is checked again before your order is returned.
